A roundup of projects we’ve recently worked on.
- Website and online campaign - Capital Region USA
- Emarketing and online survey - Visit USA Association (UK)
- Website redesign - Highland Safaris
1. Website and online campaign - Capital Region USA
The Capital Region USA, Inc. (CRUSA), is a tourism coalition comprised of the the States of Virginia, Maryland and the city of Washington, DC. We created an online campaign to target the UK market and promote the Scenic Byways found throughout the region. We created a website that creates personalised road trips around the Capital Region, based on the visitor preferences. The site is also packed with exciting touring ideas and visitors can request a free Byways travel pack.
“Dot Tourism professionally managed the execution of the campaign from start to finish and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.”
Matt Gaffney, President & CEO - Capital Region USA, Inc.
2. Emarketing and online survey - Visit USA Association (UK)
We helped the Visit USA Association and US Department of Commerce perform research following a TV campaign to help understand potential visitor’s holiday intentions. We designed a branded email and supporting online survey that led to excellent results. The email campaign with no incentive had an open rate of 40% and over 23% of all recipients went on to complete the survey.
“You handled the project very well and I have had very good comments on the quality and presentation back from the Department of Commerce in Washington.”
Alan Waddell, Chief Operating Officer, Visit USA Association (UK)
3. Website redesign - Highland Safaris
Highland Safaris take guests on a journey of discovery through Scotland’s breathtaking scenery. We were approached to manage their digital marketing strategy and the first stage has been to create two new web sites aimed at the corporate and leisure markets. Case study coming soon.
