New York based travel PR agency Imagine Global Communications commissioned us to build an online travel training tool for Baden-Wurttemberg, the state tourist board for South West Germany.

Imagine Global Communications wanted to find a tourism specialist that was reliable and with excellent experience in creating and managing web site projects.

Results

Working with a fixed budget we created an easy to use and feature full travel training programme. These include:

  • User registration system
  • 10 themes based around the region's experiences
  • Randomised multiple choice questions
  • Web and print ready certificates for successful registrants

The site has 100s of registered travel agents throughout the US that are using the system to build their knowledge of South West Germany and to help sell more trips to the region.

With the three site partners based in separate countries it was essential that we used our excellent project management skills to handle the project. Through a combination of tried and tested methodology, regular communication and use of our extranet we ensured the project launched on time and to budget.
